• In order to give you a remote service we have to login your scoial club/Steam account. So you have to accept this. If in doubt about security read in FAQ (We cannot and will not steal your account). We also WILL NOT provide remote account modding if you do not correctly have your security setup.

• By accessing our site and buying our product you automatically agree to our terms of service.

• Fraud is NOT tolerated. if a dispute is opened under the category of fraud, phishing not only will you be blacklisted but your case will be denied the refund.

• Advertising GTA drops, recoveries are not permitted at all on the forums or our discord server doing so will result in a ban from the server/forum. it's your fault if you continued to break the T.O.S even after a single warning.

Refunds/Warranty Claims

 

 

Please note all goods sold on the GDL Store are Digital Goods and may or may not come with warranty/guarantee and are product specific (Please see product details). If the purchased product has warranty the buyer can claim within the said time mentioned in the product description.

 

Post Delivery of the product to the buyer, we cannot provide refunds, however in special cases we might be able to help you, please contact us we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Refunds if any may take 5-7days to get credited to the customers source of payment. If you still think you have not received your refund please contact us so we can help you further.

Customer Satisfaction

 

When you get any GTA Related service from us you get 24hr warranty from us. Most Service providers either provide no warranty or only give 2hrs warranty but we go beyond that just for 100% customer satisfaction.

 

We leave no traces of mods in your account when recovering you in GTA which is why our tool has 0% detection chance on Rockstar's radar.

Every Single day our staff check the modding tool they use on their MAIN ACCOUNT first,to check for any possible detection then we run it again on our alternate account just to be sure.

 

We halt our GTA Related services completely when we see its unsafe and only resume when once we see that everything is safe to use.

If anything was to happen to your account because of us which is highy unlikely and has NEVER HAPPENED with our service then we not only give you a new account but also do the entire service again for free.

 

If Rockstar had to ban you because of our service they would do it within 2 hrs from the time of recovery done, thats how long it takes for the servers to ban someone,if that does happen which is again highly unlikely with our service and has never happened then its on us.

We are not liable for any bans outside the 24hr timeframe,You getting banned after 24hrs would only mean that you either got reported by someone or you joined some modders lobby (not Certified by us) and got money dropped on yourself which lead to a ban on your account.

 

You will void the waranty if you join any modded lobbies by modders not certified by us within 24hrs. Warranty can only be claimed within 24hrs from the time of recovery.

 

Again we are going beyond to ensure 100% customer satisfaction,as said most modders either do not provide any warranty or just give 2hr warranty.

We can and will take legal actions if we find anyone misrepresenting our company or making false claims against our brand.
